When you submit your order, we begin processing it immediately for shipment. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed. If your order was placed before 10 AM CST, it will begin processing the same day. Processing your order includes a security check on your payment information to ensure we are doing our part to keep your transaction safe, and allows time for the distribution center or one of our retail stores to package the merchandise for shipment. If your order is shipping Standard Ground from a store, please allow up to three additional business days for delivery. Other items in your order may ship separately. Journeys.com does not ship internationally. Journeys cannot ship to international freight forwarding companies or hotels. At this time, Journeys.com can no longer ship to Puerto Rico.
Sales tax applies to the state where the merchandise is being shipped. Since Journeys is registered to conduct business throughout the U.S., sales tax must be added to your order at your local sales tax rate. For tax exempt customers, please call customer service at 1-888-324-6356 to place your order by phone. You will be required to fax a copy of your tax exemption document to our customer service department before your order can be released for shipment.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We also accept Journeys gift cards in addition to Visa, MasterCard and American Express gift cards. We DO NOT accept Cash, C.O.D. orders or any gift card not mentioned above, including mall gift cards.
Journeys now gives you 365 days to decide! That's right! We allow all merchandise in new condition, with original packaging and original receipt to be returned for a full refund or exchange within 365 days of purchase. Shipping charges are also excluded.
