Shipping Policy
Regular delivery for in-stock merchandise is 7-10 business days. For 2-4 Day Expedited Service* add an additional $6.00 and for Overnight Service* add $15.00 (must be placed before 10am EST). If Ross-Simons temporarily out of stock, you will be notified accordingly. Overnight Service is available for delivery on the next regular business day. Return Policy
Any unused item (except personalized items) may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Please insure your return package against loss in transit.
