Shipping Policy
Website orders are shipped within two business days from either their facilities in Iowa (all down products) or our facility in North Carolina (linens). Please use the chart below as a reference for when your order will be shipped from our facilities. If ordered by midnight on Your order will ship on Monday Wednesday Tuesday Thursday Wednesday Friday Thurday Monday Friday Tuesday Saturday Tuesday Sunday Tuesday NOTE: In the event that your order is placed over a Holiday, the above schedule will be altered. Plan on your package shipping on the next business day after the Holiday. If you have questions concerning shipping around a Holiday, please email them at comfort@pcf.com or call 1-888-297-1778. Orders shipped within the contiguous United States are delivered via Federal Express. APO/FPO are shipped via the United States Postal Service, insurance is required. For all other orders Pacific ships via Federal Express 2nd day.
Tax Policy
Pacific Coast are required by law to collect state sales tax for orders shipped to a state in which Pacific Coast have a facility. The following is a list of states in which They have facilities and the corresponding sales tax rates. *California - 8.25% Iowa - 7% Kentucky - 6% *Mississippi - 7% *Nebraska - 5.5% *New York - 8.625% *North Carolina - 7% *Pennsylvania - 6% *Washington - 8.8% * Law requires that tax be charged on shipping, as well as product, in states preceeded with an asterisk (*).

Try their products for up to 30 nights and if you are not more comfortable, return the product within 30 days for a full product refund( less shipping and handling).
