Q. What is Cash Rewards?
A. You can earn cash back by shopping online at hundreds of retailers. When you make purchases through the Cash Rewards website, you will receive a percentage back on all eligible purchases.
Q. How do I begin the process to earn cash back?
A. Login to the Cash Rewards website. First-time users will be required to enter the 5-digit Cash Rewards Access Code to register. Once you create your username and password, you can start shopping!
Q. Are my transactions secure going through Cash Rewards?
A. Cash Rewards does not affect the secure checkout procedures of our participating merchants in any way.
Q. Is there a minimum pending reward that has to be reached before my cash back is processed?
A. Yes. You must accrue $2.00 or more in pending rewards.
Q. How will I receive my cash back?
A. Once you have accrued $2.00 or more in pending rewards, a check will automatically be issued and mailed to you within 90 days from date of purchase.
Q. What address will the rewards check be mailed to?
A. Your reward check will be mailed to the address saved in the Cash Rewards website.
Q. Can I track my savings?
A. After making a purchase through Cash Rewards, your reward will appear as pending within 14 days from the date your order is shipped. Please be aware that some merchants may take longer than 14 days to report back to Cash Rewards.
Q. Can I use a merchant gift card when shopping through Cash Rewards?
A. Most merchants will allow the use of gift cards. Please be sure to check the merchant’s terms of sale when checking out.
Q. I am currently a member of a rewards program through one of the merchants that participate in Cash Rewards. Can I apply my purchases made through Cash Rewards to my existing rewards program?
A. Each merchant will have their own policy on applying Cash Reward purchases to their own rewards program. Please be sure to check the merchant terms for specific details.
Q. Is the cash back percentage applied to the total amount of the purchase?
A. Members will be credited (subject to the terms and conditions noted in each merchants Terms of Service) a percentage of the net purchases made by you at one of the online merchants affiliated with Cash Rewards.
Q. What are "net purchases"?
A. The net purchase is defined as the total amount paid to the merchant minus tax, gift wrapping, shipping, promotional credits, returns, cancellations, and transaction fees or as noted on each merchant’s website.
