Use of My Cash Back Rewards Service
As a user of the My Cash Back Rewards service, you will be asked to log in into your Savings Network account in order to complete any purchase transaction. From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our Site. If you participate, we will request certain Personal Information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is voluntary. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name, email and/or mailing address) and demographic information.
