Shipping Policy
Receive Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $100, by entering promotional code LoveBetsy at checkout. Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, military and air force bases. We strive to get your shoes to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping is only $6.95 for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not offer express shipping at this time. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We use UPS ground shipping for all orders in the continental US. Orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
Tax Policy
We are required to charge sales tax because we have retail stores in the states listed below. Taxed states include: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washington. Return Policy
We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery except clearance items and earrings, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Perfume and lotion may only be returned if the packaging has not been opened. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. You may obtain return authorization via emailing info@betseyjohnson.com, live chat, calling 1-866-222-4243 or by clicking Order Status and entering your email address, order number and following the instructions. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.
