Shipping Policy
Once you've placed your order, please allow up to 2 business days for handling time. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, your item(s) will be delivered via the shipping method you selected. We currently ship to any valid address in the continental US. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico at this time. Shipping is not available to A.P.O./F.P.O. or P.O. box addresses. For a limited time, ALDO is offering FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all online orders over $70, after applied discounts. The cost for shipping will automatically be deducted at checkout for all eligible orders.
Tax Policy
Sales tax rates will vary from one location to another. The items on your order will be taxed based on the product category and the current sales tax rate for your shipping address.

Return Policy
We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition with the original receipt and packaging within 60 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. In the interest of hygiene, earrings, cosmetics and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time. Swimwear may not be returned if the hygiene seal is broken. In stores no items may be returned or exchanged between Black Friday and Cyber Monday or on December 26 and 27. Items can only be returned or exchanged in the country in which they were originally purchased. Items purchased from other retailers including department stores should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and should be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
