Member rewards are not available on orders deemed by Sam's Club to be for reselling purposes and high volume orders. Member Rewards are not eligible on Alcohol, Tobacco, Fuel, Pharmacy, all Consumables (Food/Grocery/etc), household essentials and Electronics. Members will not earn rewards on Disney gift cards.

Shipping Policy
The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. Shipping time begins when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at the member selected delivery destination. For your protection, some orders may be diverted to our Order Verification Team. As part of this verification, we will notify you via email, usually within 48 business hours to validate your order. Please respond promptly so your order will not be cancelled. Additionally, be sure to provide accurate contact information when placing your order. We no longer deliver to Puerto Rico. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to size constraints. We do not ship to APO/FPO or military bases due to access restrictions.
Tax Policy
We do business throughout the United States and are required by law to collect sales tax based on the delivery destination of your order.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased from Sam's Club, whether in-Club or online, we'll replace it or provide a refund at any time for most purchases. There are some items that must be returned within a certain number of days from the original purchase date.
