All Belk Elite Rewards Card customers get free standard shipping online or in store when you use your Elite card as the only form of payment. Currently, we can only ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii & military APO/FPO addresses. You can now ship to multiple addresses in the same order. If you qualify for free shipping, you can ship to as many addresses as necessary, for free. Belk’s general return policy is very generous and remains at 180 days from date of purchase. A full refund of purchase price with a receipt to the original form of payment will be honored. Special Occasion Dresses: return window has been extended by 30 days to allow returns with receipts within 75 days of purchase. Dresses must be in original condition, with all tags attached. No refunds after 75 days. Fine Jewelry: return window has been extended by 30 days to allow returns with receipts within 120 days of purchase. Non-Returnable Items: To help keep our customers and associates safe in light of COVID-19, until further notice, Belk will not accept returns of the following specific item(s) unless such items are in original condition with all tags attached: clothing, swimwear, intimate apparel, shoes and cosmetics.
