Belk’s general return policy is very generous and remains at 180 days from date of purchase. A full refund of purchase price with a receipt to the original form of payment will be honored. Special Occasion Dresses: return window has been extended by 30 days to allow returns with receipts within 75 days of purchase. Dresses must be in original condition, with all tags attached. No refunds after 75 days. Fine Jewelry: return window has been extended by 30 days to allow returns with receipts within 120 days of purchase.
