Shipping Policy
We offer shipping of online purchases to U.S. and Canada addresses only at this time. We use USPS to ship your package. Our expedited service is provided by UPS. For orders shipping to a location outside of the U.S. or Canada , please email customerservice@juicebeauty.com.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, America Express, MasterCard, Discover and Pay Pal. Please note that at this time we do not accept pre-paid gift cards, other than Juice Beauty eGift Cards.
Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one if returned within 45 days. Please see our returns policy for details on how to process. Please note we can only accept back Juice Beauty products that were directly purchased through Juicebeauty.com, we cannot accept products that were purchased from a third-party retailer.
