Shipping Policy
Free on all orders $49 and over! For orders totaling less than $49, there is a flat shipping and handling charge of $7.95. BeautyCareChoices.com uses both the United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order is shipped you will receive an email informing you of which carrier was used and then a tracking number email will follow for your convenience. If we are unable to ship your complete order, we will notify you via email within 4 business days. Orders shipped via USPS will be delivered within 3-5 business days of the shipping date. Orders shipped via UPS will be delivered within 5-7 business days of the shipping date. If your order is being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, a Military Address or another U.S. Territory, please allow 6-8 business days for delivery. National holidays, weather and traffic can extend delivery times.

Return Policy
We accept returns up to 30 days from the shipping date for any reason. Returns older than 45 days we cannot accept. If we error, we will pay for Return S&H. Contact Customer service immediately. If you made an error, you will be responsible for the Return S&H. We cannot accept returns of products that are empty or altered. No returns or exchanges on sale, discontinued or discounted items. If returns become excessive, we reserve the right to refuse to do business. Returns of electronic equipment (flat irons, hair dryers and curling irons) may be returned within our 30 day return policy. Defective electronic equipment may be returned to the manufacturer if beyond our 30 day return policy. For repair or replacement at the manufacturer's discretion, please see the warranty information included in the packaging of the product.
