Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Member rewards are earned on eligible purchases made through our Program in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Additional merchant terms and conditions may apply. Member rewards are not available on printers, ink & toner, printheads, paper, and HP Parts Store purchases. Rewards are not available on high volume orders as defined by HP. HP defines high volume orders as more than 10 orders per month for any products by the same customer. Any orders placed after the 10th order will be canceled by HP. Orders which receive a free gift card will have the rewards eligible amount of order reduced by the amount of the free gift card.
Shipping Policy
Due to the COVID-19 impact on our distribution network, we are temporarily removing our Next Business Day and Priority Overnight shipping options. We hope to have these available again in the near future. Thank you for understanding. At HP.com, we know that fast, reliable shipment of your merchandise is important to you. Most orders are shipped out on the same working day that the order is placed and confirmed. If you select Next Business Day shipping, our weekday cutoff time is 2:30 PM EST. If you select either Standard 3 to 6 business day shipping or Priority 2 to 4 business day shipping, our weekday cutoff time is 2:30 PM EST. After those cutoff times, you can expect your order to ship the next working day. Saturday delivery option available for orders placed before 2:30 PM EST on Friday. Our HP.com shipment may deliver via one or more of the following logistics carriers: FedEx, FedEx SmartPost, UPS, UPS SurePost and USPS.
Tax Policy
We aim to provide our customers with competitive prices on the products we offer. Prior to submitting your order you will have the opportunity to review product prices and any applicable sales tax, shipping and handling charges. Prices are exclusive of and Customer shall pay, all taxes, duties, levies or fees or other similar charges imposed on HP or on the Customer by any taxing authority (other than taxes imposed on HP's income) related to Customer's order.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Discover Network, MasterCard, American Express credit cards, PayPal and HP.com gift cards.
Return Policy
Our return policy on most products is 30 days from delivery. If your order is outside of the return window, please contact HP Technical Support for product support. Check product for specific return policy such as non-returnable products or unopened only. Only items that have been purchased directly from HP.com, either through the HP Online Store or by phone can be returned. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items from the HP Parts Store, HP Technical Support, HP Retailers, HP Software or repairs. To return or exchange an item, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from HP.com store, either by initiating online or by emailing us.
