Shipping Policy
We can only ship orders within the United States and Canada, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and Military boxes. Orders to Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI and APO boxes are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service or SmartPost. We offer Fedex ground shipping ($4.95 or free for orders $50 or more), Fedex 2-day shipping ($12.95 or free for orders $150 or more) or Fedex overnight shipping ($19.95). A $29.95 freight charge is added to any order over $400 regardless of any free shipping promotion.

Tax Policy
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington D.C. and Washington.

Return Policy
If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, the original shipping fee is not refundable. To initiate a return, kindly email us at order@narscosmetics.com, including your order number and we will send you instructions to receive your personalized, pre-paid Return Shipping label. This complimentary return service is designed solely for customers who do not like a particular shade. For orders exceeding $300, a maximum of 60% of the order's total value can be returned. This includes multiple orders shipping to the same address or individual, which may be combined by NARS when determining return eligibility requirements. In addition, NARS palettes and sets may not be returned.
