We ship to all 50 states; P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO addresses. Your shipping charge or service may vary depending on the weight of your package. The shipping cost will be calculated before you complete your order. Shipments to PO boxes or military addresses are shipped via USPS. Expedited shipping is available for item shipped from our warehouse. If the items ship directly form the vendor there will be no option for expedited shipping. Orders must be placed before 2pm EST in order to be shipped out same day (If you place order at 3pm EST Monday with Next Day it will not arrive to you until Wednesday).
The tax applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order was shipped. Therefore, the tax rate applied to an order going to your house may be different than the tax rate for the very same item(s) going to your mom's house, for example. We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to the following states - California, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, Illinois, Michigan and Tennessee. No sales tax is charged when purchasing gift cards; however, items paid for with gift cards may be subject to tax.

Items must be returned within 30 days. Return merchandise must be unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Intimates and swimwear may not be returned. Shoe boxes may not be used as the shipping box. Sale or Bargain Items cannot be returned for refund. You may return for store credit or exchange. All shipping charges including regular shipping and Expedited shipping costs are nonrefundable. Your original shipping cost will not be reimbursed unless the item was delivered defective, damaged, etc.
