Shipping Policy
We ship to all US states and territories, as well as PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Standard shipping (up to 3 business days) costs $8. 2-day shipping costs $18. Next day shipping costs $25.
Tax Policy
We are required to collect local sales tax in states where BCBGMAXAZRIA Group has a physical presence. We currently collect sales tax for deliveries to the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, Guam, HI, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, PR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VI, VT, WA and WA.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. We are unable to accept checks, cash, money orders or international credit cards.
Return Policy
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date your order shipped for full-price merchandise, or 14 days for sale merchandise. If you make your return after the specified time period, you will be credited the item’s current selling price. Any returns received after 90 days will be returned to sender. All apparel must be returned unworn, unaltered and with all original tags attached. Shoes must be returned unmarked and in the original shoe box, swimwear must be returned with the original sanitary lining and packaging intact, and fragrance products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
