The Popcorn Factory specializes in fresh popped popcorn in exclusively designed tins, but we also carry a wide variety of gourmet gift baskets, baked goods, and scrumptious snack samplers. Only the highest quality ingredients are used in our offerings, including 100% corn oil, real butter, genuine cheddar cheese and a special private recipe of caramel corn.

Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Member rewards are earned on eligible purchases made through our Program in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Additional merchant terms and conditions may apply. Member Rewards are not eligible on orders of wine, popcorn cards, cookie cards and alcohol.

Shipping Policy
We will ship your order via FedEx or the United States Postal Service to target its arrival for your requested delivery date. If you need to have your gift delivered on a specific date, please use Overnight delivery to guarantee the delivery date. Please check your address information carefully. We cannot extend our guarantee to orders which are given incorrect addresses. Our standard delivery charges are calculated per-recipient, prior to any discounts. Please note: Areas impacted by extreme weather conditions may result in a delay in delivery. We thank you in advance for your understanding during these rare instances.
Tax Policy
Sales tax is collected based on the destination of the order: Local and state sales tax will be collected if your recipient's mailing address is in Illinois, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma or Virginia.
