Shipping Policy
We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected. We offer free economy and discounted standard shipping on qualifying orders of $100 or more. Economy orders will be shipped by UPS SurePost and may be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. Standard, expedited, overnight and Saturday orders will be shipped and delivered by UPS. An order may be shipped with a higher service tier to meet the original delivery expectations at no additional charge. Shipping charges are per address. Orders that qualify for free shipping will receive free shipping for all addresses.
Tax Policy
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, where applicable, for orders shipped to: AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA and WI. For purchases made in Canada, we collect duty and taxes where applicable.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal and MasterPass. We also accept J.Crew gift cards online.
Return Policy
J.Crew gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online or ordered in stores for delivery to a U.S. address for full refund or exchange within 60 days of original purchase. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased by check must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.
