Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Shipping Policy
Orders must be placed by 10am PST to start processing the same day. Processing time typically processes within 2 business days (Monday - Friday). During product launches or sales, shipping may take longer – we appreciate your patience! If it's been more than 14 business days and your package has not arrived, please reach out to us! EM Cosmetics offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. Orders $40 and over (excluding taxes and discounts). EM Cosmetics ships within the continental United States including Hawaii and Alaska.
Tax Policy
Sales tax will depend on the shipping destination and will be calculated during checkout. For international orders, some countries will also require additional duties and taxes.

We accept all major cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit or debit cards. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay & Shopify Pay.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your order within 30 days of your order being delivered to you (if it meets the criteria listed below). If your delivery date has exceeded 30 days, we, unfortunately, can not offer a refund or exchange.
