Shipping Policy
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 19:30 pm CET and Saturday, from 9:00 am till 19:30 pm CET (with the exception of Italy public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the DHL or UPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order after receiving the email.

Tax Policy
Sales tax will depend on the shipping destination and will be calculated during checkout. For international orders, some countries will also require additional duties and taxes.

Return Policy
