Shipping Policy
Free shipping is automatically applied during checkout on all orders within the continental U.S. Shipping methods offered during checkout may vary based on the delivery address. For shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses, see more details below. For international shipping options, see international shipping. If you place your order before 2 PM ET Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), we begin processing same day. If you place it after 2 PM ET, we begin processing the next business day. We process orders within 1 to 2 business days, after credit card verification. Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. For deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, select two-day or next-day air services for expedited delivery. Deliveries to Puerto Rico will be shipped via UPS; the shipping cost is determined at checkout and will vary based upon freight fees. You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our distribution center.

Tax Policy
Tax calculations are based on state and county of the shipping address on your order. Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Puerto Rico.

Return Policy
You may return new, unused merchandise when accompanied by a receipt within 30 days. We will accommodate a one-time price adjustment on full price merchandise for up to 14 days. Private Sale, sample sale and select outlet items are final sale, as are altered or monogrammed products.
