Shipping Policy
Carters.com | OshKosh.com | SkipHop.com offer combined standard flat rate shipping to most U.S. locations, including military addresses and U.S. territories. Express delivery is available at an additional charge. Carter's now offers international shipping to over 80 countries. Skip Hop product is not eligible for express or expedited services. Skip Hop product cannot be shipped to APO or FPO addresses. Skip Hop items are not eligible for international shipping.
Tax Policy

Payment Policy
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, UnionPay and JCB charge cards as a form of payment at our stores and online. PayPal and Visa Checkout may be used for online orders shipping within the United States. Return Policy
Not happy with it? Return it. It’s easy! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with your original sales receipt, gift receipt or original packing slip. We will happily exchange the item or refund your full purchase price if returned within 90 days of purchase, less shipping and handling for online orders, for all new, non-worn product. If you don’t have your receipt, or it has been longer than 90 days since your purchase, we will exchange the item for current selling price.
