Shipping Policy
Your order must be received by 11:00 a.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Shipments to P.O. Boxes will be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service. Expedited orders cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes For monogrammed orders, please allow 4-5 additional business days for delivery. For 2-day or overnight shipping, order must be place by 11 am.

Tax Policy
Sales tax will depend on the shipping destination and will be calculated during checkout. For international orders, some countries will also require additional duties and taxes.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, PayPal, Klarna, and Kipling gift cards. We do not accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers. All cards that do not participate in the verification process will not be accepted. "VF Outdoor" may appear on your credit card statement when payments are finalized—this should be expected.

Return Policy
We're sorry you don't love your Kipling, but you can return your new and unused merchandise within 30 days after the date of purchase.
