Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Return Policy
To cancel your reservation, log into your RVshare account and go to Trips. Once there, click "More Options" at the bottom, and then "Request Cancellation". Checking the box and clicking "Confirm Cancellation" will cancel the reservation, and your refund will be processed according to the cancellation policy set by the owner. If you need to cancel your reservation on or after the start date, you will not have the option to do so in your account, and instead will need to contact us and we will process it for you according to the owner's cancellation policy.
