The Supplies Shops’ goal is to make ordering supplies for your business as easy and affordable as possible. To facilitate this, we offer convenient and expeditious online ordering to save you time and money. The Supplies Shops were founded in 2006, solely as The Filing Supplies Shop. Over the years, separate websites were established for various product areas, including envelopes, labels, business forms, tape, and facility maintenance supplies. To improve the service and selection available to customers, these six separate websites were combined to form SuppliesShops.com in early 2014.

Shipping Policy
Standard orders usually ship within 1-3 business days. Custom products usually ship within 5-15 business days depending on production schedules and availability. Neither production nor shipping times will be considered in effect until after all proofs for custom products have been approved. Shipping times are estimated arrival times based on standard order delivery, not guaranteed order arrival dates. Shipping and lead times must be added together to obtain an estimated delivery date. If the item ships in 1 to 3 days and ground shipping is selected, the order will arrive in 4 to 8 days once leadtime and trasit time are factored in.

Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
There are no returns for custom quoted and produced items, except for where there are standard manufacturing errors. If there are extenuating circumstances and customer service has deemed it possible to cancel a custom print job, the customer will be responsible for all plate charges incurred up until that point of production, as well as a fee equal to 25% of the order total in order to cancel the job. If you are not satisfied with any stock products you have ordered, you may return the item(s) up to thirty (30) days after receipt.
