Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Shipping Policy
Regardless of your order size, you pay one low flat shipping rate per shipping address. Flat shipping rates within the U.S and APO/FPO are listed below. We use both UPS and USPS and automatically choose the most efficient carrier based on weight and location. If you are unable to receive either UPS or USPS, please call Customer Service at (800) 999-2132 for assistance before placing your order.

Return Policy
To ensure your complete satisfaction, you may return any order within 60 days for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). If you wish to do so, please call Customer Service at (800) 999-2132. Some orders require that we receive the product before issuing a refund. In this case, we will arrange a pickup for the order. Depending on the nature of the return, or if you return an item without contacting Customer Service, you may be subject to paying the return shipping costs. **Gift subscriptions are non-refundable.
