Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Shipping Policy
Normal delivery time is 2-5 business days: tracked. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. Please do allow upto an additional 3 business days for PO Boxes. We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered on time, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that delivery will not be affected by events outside our control. Under these circumstances, delivery charges will not normally be refunded. We are currently unable to ship some items internationally. In the instance we are not able to ship your item, it will be cancelled and we will notify you. High volume orders may arrive in multiple packages.
Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Paypal and Mountain Warehouse gift cards.
Return Policy
You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail or at one of our US store locations. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment.
