Shipping Policy
Please note, business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Most items may be shipped all 50 states via Standard Ground, Second Day and Next Day Service. However, gift cards can only be shipped via Standard Ground and Next Day. Next Day Shipping (Arrives Next Business Day), Second Day Shipping (Arrives within 2 Business Days), Standard Ground Shipping (Arrives in 3 to 8 Business Days).
Tax Policy
Acehardware.com is a division of Ace Hardware Corporation. Ace Hardware Corporation is registered to collect tax in all states currently imposing sales and use tax and is required to assess and remit the tax based on the rules of the state wherein you have directed us to ship the product being purchased. Customers claiming exemptions from the sales or use tax should contact the Ace Customer Care to coordinate the submission of required exemption documentation and a refund of any taxes collected on exempt transactions.

Return Policy
You may return most items within 30 days from the original purchase date as long as the item is unused, in like-new condition and in the original packaging. In each case, you must provide all paperwork, including product instructions or information and your packing slip/receipt and any parts and accessories. You should also bring a valid photo ID. If it is 30 days from your original purchase date, please contact the manufacturer directly.
