Shipping Policy
You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order packed and ready to ship. The email will contain shipment details, a tracking number and a link to the selected carrier site. To track an order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. Customers who have registered at Ouidad.com can also track orders by logging in to the My Account area of the website. You may also contact Ouidad’s Customer Service to track your order.
Tax Policy
Sales and shipping tax will be applied to your Ouidad.com order depending on the items purchased and the laws of the state where the order is shipped. You will see the tax amount in your order summary before submitting the order.
Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards. ( American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover) We also accept Amazon Pay. We regret that we are unable to accept credit cards that have been issued by banks outside the U.S.
Return Policy
Ouidad.com offers a 30-day, money-back, satisfaction guarantee on all of its products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, please return it for a refund. Return shipments must be postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery to the destination address.
