Shipping Policy
Delivery time varies with shipping method. Time in transit varies depending on where you're located and where your package is coming from. Return Policy
Currently Local Returns are only available to customers in the US. Each seller on DHgate.com has the option whether or not to join the Local Returns program. If there is a dispute with the items purchased, the buyer can return the items to our third party warehouse within the US. We will confirm the returned items and contact the seller. If approved, DHgate will immediately release the refund to the buyer. If the cause of return is based on seller oversight, then we will deduct US $12 from the seller’s account and give to the buyer as a form of compensation for shipping costs. If the cause of return is based on buyer oversight, the buyer pays all shipping costs incurred. If an agreement is reached between the buyer and seller on shipping costs, we will carry out this agreement accordingly.
