Shipping Policy
We have found that the large majority of our sellers will not ship to APO/FPO addresses. This is due to the size and weight restrictions for APO/FPO boxes. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses have additional processing/shipping charges that are not clearly provided by the seller and can increase your order total. Our goal at Havenly is to provide you a satisfactory experience, therefore we are unable to place orders for clients who have an APO/FPO address.

Return Policy
Each seller has their own return policy, so in order to understand your options, please check the product details page for the return policy of the specific seller in question. Many items are returnable, if they are in new condition and the return is processed within 30 days of order placement. Restocking fees may apply in certain cases, and custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Note that if you are returning an item that arrived damaged or defective, we require photos of the image to initiate the return.
