Shipping Policy
When it comes time to bringing your puppy home most Pawrade puppies travel by plane. Air travel is one of the fastest, most reliable and cost-effective means to getting your puppy delivered to her furever home. Not all airlines are created equal when it comes to cozy comfort for dogs. Pawrade will make sure that your puppy will fly in a safe, pressurized, temperature-controlled cabin, not to be confused with cargo! You may also elect to have your puppy flown as a carry-on with one of our Airpanions.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards including ach and bank transfers. Some puppies may come with an optional payment plan which must be paid in full prior to delivery.

Return Policy
We do not offer refunds as you are agreeing to adopt and care for a living companion. We never pressure you to make an impulse decision. Most puppies have a short period of time to find their furever home. By cancelling your adoption promise you shorten the liklihood your puppy will be able to find a home. We care to only work with pawsome pet parents who can absolutely care for their four legged bundle of joy.
