Shipping Policy
If you’ve placed an order on our store page, please allow an estimated 0-3 business days to process before shipping unless stated otherwise on our website. Refill orders generate automatically every 3 months from the date when you purchased your Refill Plan and begin to process within 24 hours from the time your order generates. Please note that we will not be able to make any changes to your order once it begins processing. Packages that include a Refill Plan ship free within the US and Canada (see our international shipping details here), and automatic refills always ship free worldwide — see below for full details on pricing and timing.
