Shipping Policy
We ship Monday through Friday and take up to one business day to process your gourmet coffee order. If you order on Monday, your third wave coffee order will be shipped on that same day or on Tuesday the latest. You will receive an email with the parcel's tracking number once your speciality coffee order is shipped.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

Return Policy
You have the right to cancel your speciality coffee order for acquisition of any item in our website within fourteen days of delivery of your arabica coffee (i.e. the best of all types of coffee beans). You will be responsible for paying for the return of any gourmet coffee item to Hayman. The specialty coffee returned must be in the same condition as it was when delivered to you, together with proof of purchase, and sent by post or courier to the following address.
