Shipping Policy
Due to COVID-19, you may experience delays on your order. Please contact our support team for the latest update on your order. Most of our pre-builts are out of stock and will be built to order. We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping due to recent increases in tariff and import tax in addition to the general cost of international shipping due to the weight of our products. For products purchased outside of the US through an authorized reseller, you will need to contact the retailer or distributor from whom you purchased the product for any returns within the 30-day from purchase period.

Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
30-day from purchase replacement/refund period: You may return it for any reason, though if opened and non-defective we will have to issue a restocking fee and shipping fee. 1-Year Policy on Parts & Repairs: Whether you need replacement parts or your computer sent in for repairs, we will cover it all free of charge. This and the above warranties are voided when you change the following components with non-Skytech Gaming issued components: motherboard, CPU, RAM, GPU and Power Supply. Lifetime Technical Support: We will answer any question, technical or not for the lifetime of your PC.
