Shipping Policy
USA: £20 3-6 working days depending on location. Certain Loveness Lee pieces are made-to-order, these are clearly marked on each product page, for these pieces please allow an additional 3-4 weeks for your jewellery to be crafted. Please contact us should you have any further questions or specific requests.

Tax Policy
All Loveness Lee Jewellery is shipped directly from the workshop in our flagship store in London, UK. Please be aware of your local country’s taxes and duties.

Return Policy
We are happy to exchange or refund any standard, non-personalised pieces bought on www.lovenesslee.com if you inform us of your wish to return within 14 days of delivery of your purchase, provided the items are returned to us within 28 days of delivery.
