Shipping Policy
We do! Faster shipping options are now available. Orders placed before 12pm EST, and chosen shipping method as FedEx (excluding ground), will ship same day (excluding weekends, and dependent on stock availability). All other orders will ship in our normal fulfillment window and will be shipped the selected service method. Per FedEx, 2day delivers in 2 business days and Standard Overnight delivers next business day. FedEx Home typically takes 1-5 days and USPS Priority delivers in 1-3 business days. For more details on expedited transit times, please refer to the carriers website.Please note, Heirloom Traditions cannot guarantee delivery by a certain day. This is in the carrier's hands. No refunds can be given for late deliveries if we ship within our specified window.

Return Policy
I'm sorry, we do not accept returns. We have this policy for two reasons. It is quite costly for you to return the paint to us and you run the risk of it being damaged in transit & being out the paint and the refund. Secondly, we could not in good conscience resell the paint to someone else. We can't guarantee it hasn't been tampered with or stored improperly. I wouldn't want to risk selling you something to paint your cabinets with that wasn't up to par. I hope you understand. Maybe a friend or family member would take it off of your hands. They wouldn't have to wait for shipping!.
