Shipping Policy
Helmutlang.com currently ships to all 50 United States, P.O. boxes & select U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands). We now also shop in over 100 countries globally. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for 2day or standard overnight shipping. We can ship orders to P.O. boxes and us territories via UPS Sure Post only. For orders with pre-order items that require more than one shipment, the total shipping and tax charges for each shipment will be allocated proportionally to the cost of the items shipped. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order. Shipping guidelines refusal of delivery. If you refuse delivery of an order, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
