Shipping Policy
Escalade Sports offers free shipping on all orders over $50 (some exclusions apply; see below). This offer is available for orders shipped within the contiguous United States only. No coupon code needed. Certain orders are not eligible for free shipping. Exclusions include orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, as well as those sent to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses. International and wholesale orders are also excluded. Additionally, any order containing replacement parts, basketball hoops or goals, table tennis tables, game tables, billiards tables, dumbbells, kettlebells, weight plates and barbells, racks, benches, weighted balls and bags, or strength kits does not qualify for free shipping.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club, and JCB as credit card payments. Additionally, we accept Affirm and Paypal payment gateways.

Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have purchased from Escalade Sports, you may return it within 30-days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund or exchange it for the same item. Escalade Sports will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Original shipping costs (if applicable) and return shipping costs will be the purchasers expense. Items may not be exchanged or returned after the 30-day post purchase period has expired.
