Orders made at natura.com are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. Please note that estimated delivery days apply to in-stock items only. We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. But, for the most updated information about your shipment, please refer to the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Natura Lumina Hair Care Bundle or Chronos Skincare Routine order, you may return the unused portion of all the products on the regiment within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund of the amount paid for the order (including tax, but excluding shipping charges).
