Shipping Policy
For in-stock orders within the US, your package should arrive in 5-10 business days. Once our fulfillment team receives the order we are not able to make any changes. It can take up to 2 to 4 business days for an order to be processed and leave our facility, so don't fret if you don't get a shipping label right away! Any estimated shipping times you see at checkout are the time it will take the carrier to deliver the package to you AFTER the package has been shipped. An estimate of 1-2 days at checkout is 2-3 days to process and ship + 1-2 days shipping. Pre-orders will be processed after the Pre-Order date shown for that item and will be shipped via USPS or UPS, based on the shipping address.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.

Return Policy
We want you to be happy. If you find Bogg Bag is not the right item for you, you may return or exchange your item within 15 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and Bogg Bag does not issue return labels.
