Shipping Policy
We ship to street addresses in the United States only, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia, but we do not deliver to P.O. boxes, Military APO/FPO addresses, or Puerto Rico. Portable air conditioner orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must use Second Day or Next Day Shipping due to air-restricted packaging. You can ship to another address besides your own by specifying the desired shipping address during checkout and providing your own address for billing. Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy

Return Policy
We will accept returns of unused merchandise in its original protective packaging within 30 days of your invoice date. Credit will be issued in the same form of payment used for purchase. There will be no refunds given for returns made after 30 days from invoice. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.
