The Flex Company provides safe and sustainable alternatives to traditional period products. The company's products are FDA-registered, hypoallergenic, and made from medical grade materials that are free from BPA, phthalates, and natural rubber latex.

Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. The Flex Company offers

Shipping Policy
Orders placed within the continental US typically arrive within 5-7 business days from the date on which the order was placed. You will receive an Order Confirmation email followed by a Shipping email with tracking information as it becomes available from the parcel carrier. International orders take up to 10-14 business days depending on your residence and country's customs process. At this time, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses. We hope to have more shipping options available in the future.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, ShopPay, Google Pay, and Amazon and Apple Pay on mobile. We are unable to accept prepaid credit or debit cards.

Return Policy
As stated in the "Returns" section of our Terms of Service, we are unable to accept returns due to the nature of our products. All sales are final. We may provide customers with a refund or exchange in certain extenuating circumstances (e.g. your product arrived damaged). Please reach out to help@flexfits.com if you need support.
