We deliver select mattress and base/foundation orders using our In-Home Delivery Service. We bring them to your home, set them up for you, remove the packing materials, and even remove your old mattress and box spring if you want us to. The Cocoon by Sealy mattress is designed to be delivered to your door via UPS, and does not qualify for In-Home Delivery. Delivery for Sealy mattresses, foundations and adjustable bases typically occurs 2-3 weeks after the order is placed. Our specialty collection, Sealy Naturals, will be delivered 4-5 weeks after placing the order. Rest assured we'll work to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We offer In-Home Delivery within the continental United States for orders including a mattress, foundation, or power base. In-Home Delivery items shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will have a $600 surcharge per order; charges will be applied to your order based on your shipping address.

We want you to feel confident in your online mattress purchase, so we offer a 90-Night trial period on our Sealy models. We ask you to try it for 30 nights, and if (during the first 90 nights) you don’t love your new mattress, all you need to do is fill out our return form and a representative will be in touch soon. We'll work with you to address your concerns and if we can’t find a way to resolve the issue, we will take the mattress back, and refund your money, minus the return shipping fee. After your first 90 nights, you can sleep soundly knowing you’re protected from product defects by our 10-Year Limited Warranty on mattresses. All Cocoon by Sealy mattresses include a 100-Night Trial. While we do not accept returns on Foundations and the Sealy® Ease Power Base, we stand by their quality with compelling warranties. The Sealy® Ease Power Base has a 3-year full parts and labor warranty with a 25-year limited warranty on the frame. Given the personal nature of pillows, we accept returns only if the item is damaged at delivery or if there is a product defect. Each of our products carries a warranty to protect your investment.
