Shipping Policy
UNIONBAY's standard shipping is USPS priority mail or UPS ground. We can ship to street addresses serviced by USPS and/or UPS. We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO through USPS only. Orders placed M-F before noon EST typically ship out the same day, orders placed after noon EST will ship out the following business day (except in cases where an item may be out of stock or order is pending verification). All orders ship out of Unionbay’s Kent, WA distribution center. Transit time varies based on your proximity to Unionbay's Distribution Center. Please allow 3-8 business days shipping transit time.

Tax Policy

Return Policy
Unworn and unwashed merchandise with tags attached will be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase date. All returns will be credited back to your original form of payment unless store credit is chosen. Please note that your original shipping cost will not be refunded. UNIONBAY reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy. Please allow 7-10 business days for a return to be processed.
