Shipping Policy
We are here to send it to your doorstep! Ramps and accessories ship Monday through Friday via UPS or FedEx. Orders received by 4 p.m. ship the next day. Expedited shipping arrives in 3-6 business days, standard in 7-10. Multiple product orders may arrive separately. Get free shipping on contiguous U.S. apparel purchases of $99 or more. Orders placed Monday through Friday ship within 1-2 business days. Weekend and holiday orders may be processed the next business day. Shipping times are estimates; NINJA is not responsible for delays once the order leaves the shop.

Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of any Ninja ramps or accessories, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. We hope your Ninja apparel has you feeling good and looking like the badass you are. But if you’re not convinced it’s the crispiest gear ever, you can return your unworn and unwashed purchase for a refund. No mud, blood, limbs or boulders please. Just memories and dreams of what might’ve been. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Ninja knee or elbow pads, you can return your unused pads for a full refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
