Allow extra time for delivery outside the 48 contiguous states (AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO, and US Territories), to rural addresses, and for products that the catalog states are shipped separately. A surcharge of $9.99, in addition to Standard Delivery charges, applies to shipments to AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO, and US Territories. Delivery to these locations can take up to 5 weeks. We do not ship to international addresses.
