Helmm offers

Shipping Policy
Helmm offers free shipping on all new US orders. We also offer Priority and Express shipping options for a fee. Starting in 2024, in response to unprecedented global inflationary forces, we will apply a low-cost shipping fee to automatic subscription refill orders. In an effort to minimize the impact, we are heavily subsidizing this shipping fee for our customers and, if/when global shipping prices decline, we will remove this partial fee & pass the savings back on to you!.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card payments.

Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your scent selection, please contact us at members@helmm.com and we will happily help you find a scent that works for you. If you would like to return a Helmm order purchased at the standard sale price, we will accept returns within the first 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns on regular refills purchased a la carte or renewed through a subscription.
