Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. ASTR The Label offers

Shipping Policy
Orders placed after 12pm PST will ship the next business day! Orders placed after 12PM PST on Friday will ship the following Monday. Standard shipping option does not guarantee same-day processing and shipping. Free Standard Shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, and Hawaii. At the moment we do not ship to US territories (American Samoa, Guam, The Northern Mariana Islands, Puetro Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands). Due to logistic restrictions ASTR the Label currently ships to the following countries United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and Germany.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card payments, Shop Pay, Afterpay, and PayPal.

Return Policy
ASTR the Label is implementing a modified return policy on accounts that exceed our return threshold. If in the last 12 months a return rate has exceeded 80%, accounts will be subject to return restrictions. If placed under our modified return policy, future returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This means that upon receiving your return, you will be refunded 85% of the total item value. Additionally, all access to our online returns portal will be removed and you will have to contact customercare@astrthelabel.com to make any returns in the future. Please reach out to our customer care department for any further questions.
