EzyDog offers

Shipping Policy
Orders in the United States are generally processed Monday through Friday within 24 hours, although customized items may take longer. Free US shipping is provided through a 2-5 day USPS service. A Next Day service is available for $50, applicable Monday through Friday to the Continental US only, and it does not deliver to PO boxes. To ensure same-day shipping, Next Day orders must be received by 8 AM PST, but you can also contact us for assistance. The address for free shipping must be able to receive US Mail, so please include all necessary information, such as an apartment or unit number or a PO Box. A tracking email will be sent to the email address submitted with the order when it ships.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

We accept credit card payments, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and PayPal.

Return Policy
EzyDog will gladly accept returns for items that are in new and resalable condition within 60 days from the date of purchase and must include the sales receipt. The items must be new in appearance and free from hair and dirt. Items must be purchased from EzyDog.com. Items not purchased from EzyDog.com must be returned to the original place of purchase. We recommend carefully trying on your new EzyDog products indoors, keeping the packaging intact, before taking outside.
