Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer completely free shipping on purchases of $100 or more to addresses in the 48 continental United States, including complete bicycles. Shipping to destinations outside the 48 continental United States is based on package weight and size. Due to shipping carrier regulations around high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, we cannot ship ebikes, or ebike batteries, outside of the 48 continental United States. Aventon ships using FedEx and USPS, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. We’ll ship your order in a single box whenever possible, but occasionally we’ll need to send multiple shipments: for example, if you’ve ordered several large/bulky items.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club as credit card payments. Additionally, we accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.

Return Policy
We allow you to return any item in new and unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund with no restocking fee, less shipping charges. For all returns, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless we made a shipping error. We will issue a refund using the same payment method originally used. Any items returned in a used condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to return shipping charges and a restocking fee of 50% of the purchase price. Items must be free of any damage, and electric bikes must have fewer than 20 miles on the odometer. If you wish to make a return outside of the 14-day window and the item is in new and unused condition, you may return it subject to return shipping charges and a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.
